Oak Tree Farm is a small traditional family farm. Run by Mark and Linda Wealthall, specializing in the breeding of pedigree traditional rare British breeds producing the finest Pork, Lamb and Beef. The Farm is located on the North Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire border just a stone's throw away from the heart of Robin Hood country and Sherwood Forest. At Oak Tree Farm we are passionate about supplying the highest quality food, says Linda. For all our Hog Roasts we use rare breed British Saddleback pigs which have been produced on our own farm along with our Ryeland lamb & beef sirloin,

• Rare Breed Saddleback Pig Whole Hog Roast, with crispy golden-brown crackling
• Sage and onion stuffing
• Homemade Bramley apple sauce
• Served with fresh bread rolls
• The Oak Tree Farm Team to carve and serve
• Optional Salad Choice

Speciality Event BBQ

We also offer event barbequing whereby guests can select their own cuts of Farm produced meats and steaks, speciality sausages and burgers and Chicken, from our mobile refrigerated Butchers display trailer which will then be barbequed by our Team.
