This year we took the decision attend a variety of country and craft shows and specialist events both locally and regional. We intend to sell and promote our fresh rare breed meats and gourmet sausages (including sausage tasting.) Depending on the event we will also offer cooked Sausage, Bacon rolls and Pork and Apple Burgers. We will also do a hog roast at the larger events.
